Three things to try

   The player view

   Scan the QR — except you don't need a QR. Just open the demo course's menu URL on your phone (or laptop). Add items to the cart, fill in your name + WhatsApp number, and tap Send Order. WhatsApp will open with a pre-filled message — you can cancel that, or send it to your own number to see what the kitchen receives.

   The kitchen tablet

   After you place an order in step 1, the kitchen view will show it live with an audio chime. Status columns let you advance the order through Preparing → Ready → Collected. Try placing two orders — the second arrives with a different chime.

   The course admin

   Edit the menu, change brand colours, see your order history, manage settings. This is where a course manager spends their time. Add a new menu item, mark something unavailable, or change the kitchen WhatsApp number.
