Halfway-house ordering
QR code on the hole before halfway. Players scan, order from your menu, and pick up at the turn — no queue, no missed members.
Restaurant menu mode
Flip on a second menu for the clubhouse or estate residents. Print a separate QR for the restaurant tables. R999/month add-on, switch off any time.
Pre-order with collection time
Restaurant menu surfaces a 'Collection time' picker (min 30 min away). Customers schedule the pickup, kitchen sees the target time on every card.
Estate delivery
On restaurant orders, the cart can toggle to Delivery — customer adds an address and the time they want it (min 60 min ahead). The kitchen card shows the address on the tablet.
Split-screen kitchen tablet
When both menus are live, the tablet can show halfway on the left, restaurant on the right — or stay on one combined view with a filter chip. You pick.
Time-locked scheduled orders
Pizza ordered at 09:00 for 15:00 delivery? It stays red in ‘Received’ until 14:00, then unlocks automatically. The kitchen physically can’t fire it early.
